Surflight Theatre is currently accepting applications for Internships for the 2010 season.  All interns receive a $150/week stipend and an extra stipend of $25/production for Children’s Theatre work, as well as free housing. All rooms are shared in a large group beach house.  Interns receive design/staff opportunities on the Surflight Children’s Theatre productions.  Internships are extremely “hands-on” with tremendous responsibility, and require flexibility and humor within a rigorous summer stock schedule!  Ability to work long hours a plus! Terrific opportunity to work with professional Designers and Staff as well as get numerous large musicals and Children’s shows on your resume.  All interns have the opportunity to crossover into other technical areas if they have interest in other disciplines.  Internships run May-August or later depending on availability, but are full time positions and only applicants who can commit to the bulk of the summer season will be considered (May 15-Labor Day).
