Benefits of production sponsorship include:

Listing on the title page of playbill as in-part sponsor of that production.

Listing in the playbill for the entire season (through December) as a member of the Surflight Theatre Corporate Club.

Company name announced as an in-part sponsor at the curtain speech of every performance of the sponsored production.

Company name listed in select newspaper advertisements for sponsored production.

Opportunity to display signage (supplied by the sponsor) in the lobby during the production (i.e. This production sponsored in-part by Your Company).

Tickets to the sponsored production that you can use for employees, clients, etc.

Employee discount for full-time employees on other full price adult tickets for the entire 2009 MainStage season.

Acknowledgement in our newsletters and on our website, with link to your website.

Opportunity to distribute promotional materials, coupons or giveaway items at tables on our patio during the sponsored production.

Since Surflight Theatre is owned and operated by the Joseph P. Hayes Theatre, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, the sponsorship is type of tax-deductible contribution, the value of which is diminished only by the value of complimentary tickets provided to you as a benefit.

Sponsorship fees may be paid in installments, providing the fee is paid in full prior to the opening of the sponsored production.

There will be a maximum of three sponsors per production, with no two being competitors within the same line of business.

We are also happy to arrange for sponsorships of other events at Surflight Theatre, such as our Opening Gala Weekend and concerts.
